A distinguished consultancy is seeking a seasoned executive to join their ranks as the Vice President (VP) of Technology. With a commitment to delivering exceptional Product Engineering Services globally, the consultancy is in search of a visionary leader to spearhead technological innovation and excellence within their Technical Engineering Services (TES) division. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy to enhance product engineering services. 
• Client Engagement: Serve as a confident and articulate representative of the company's technological prowess in client interactions. 
• Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards for delivery practices, fostering continuous improvement across client projects. 
• Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent and oversee staff development initiatives. 
• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators to gauge technology effectiveness and team performance. 
• Architectural Oversight: Supervise solution architecture and manage the planning and execution of client projects. 
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technological trends and identify growth opportunities for the business. 
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain robust cybersecurity measures. 

Reporting & Relationships 

The VP of Technology will report directly to the Managing Director of TES and collaborate closely with the TES leadership team. They will also engage with counterparts in other business units to drive synergy and standardization efforts. 

Job Requirements 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Experience in digital product engineering, preferably in web applications, mobile applications, SaaS solutions, or platform development. 
• Previous experience in a service delivery organization is preferred. 
• Expertise in at least one of Education, Healthcare, or Financial Service industries. 
• Consultancy experience or direct client collaboration experience is desirable. 
• Willingness to travel as required.
