The company is seeking a competent and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team and manage, create, and implement a successful social media strategy. In this job, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, creating interesting content, maintaining their social media presence across many platforms, and generating brand recognition and engagement in the ever-changing world of finance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a social media plan that supports the company’s marketing objectives.
• Develop high-quality content using text articles, photos, infographics, and videos.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with new product features and financial trends.
• Schedule and manage social media postings across platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and Reddit.
• Analyze social media data for campaign success and optimization.
• Keep up with current social media trends and best practices.

Expectations & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven content writing skills and a Marketing mindset with an ability to multitask.
• Expert knowledge of social channels such as Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and Reddit.
• Experience in finance will be advantageous.
• Experience in content writing for SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) will be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high self-esteem.
