Job Description

As the company's Regulatory Counsel, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing contracts, as well as providing useful insights into contractual difficulties and conflicts. Prepare to be the guiding compass, ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and offering competent compliance guidance. Working closely with regulators and legal specialists, you will guarantee that our activities are entirely compliant while effectively managing legal risk.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on marketing concerns in many jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide advice on tax, marketing, and corporate concerns for B2B enterprises, including cross-border transactions, to support strategic efforts.
• Responsible for drafting and reviewing policies, and licenses, and ensuring compliance across all corporate entities to maintain high standards and satisfy legal requirements.
• Inform top leadership of legal and regulatory developments affecting the firm and make proactive recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Create conflict-resolution techniques to maintain a good and compliant workplace.

Requirements:

• Experience in investment services, e-commerce, online marketing, and contract review.
• Knowledge of fintech regulations and tax laws.
• Effective communication of complex legal concepts.
