Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or surpass revenue targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry decision-makers to position our company as a preferred provider. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy. 
  • Provide senior leadership with timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. 
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current with market trends and best practices. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • A university degree in business, finance, or a closely related discipline. 
  • Over five years of sales experience, ideally within the financial sector. 
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals. 
  • Exceptional skills in networking and forging relationships. 
  • Superior abilities in both communication and presentation. 
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 
  • Familiarity with a range of financial products and services.
