Job Description

Our client, a leading crypto casino, is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join their growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to translate player needs and business goals into a thriving online platform, driving continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on features that will have the greatest impact on both users and the business.
• Guide the development team through Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure the efficient delivery of game features and improvements. 
• Take ownership of the product’s success by managing risks, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement in game quality and player experience.
• Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria, align with the roadmap, and fit within the team’s capacity.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to continuously update the roadmap and tasks, ensuring clear communication among all contributors.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work with various departments to refine processes.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to streamline product development and improve timelines.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the gaming or Fintech/crypto industries, particularly B2C.
• Proven track record with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of crypto market trends.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for successful collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira.
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
