Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee and drive business development initiatives within the region. 
  • Travel to different locations across the region to conduct and lead seminars and meetings. 
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues at the company’s educational centres throughout the region. 
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with affiliates, either in person or virtually, to advance business growth. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to implement business strategies. 
  • Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Over 3 years of experience in Business Development within the FX sector. 
  • Experience in Africa is advantageous. 
  • Exceptional numerical and mathematical skills. 
  • Proficiency in both English and Greek. 
  • Outstanding communication abilities. 
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Highly motivated and driven by targets.
