The company is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving the promotion and sales of their corporate, financial, and payment solutions to prospective clients. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid grasp of the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive industry research to devise impactful sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans that drive the growth and expansion of our ASP (WWC) and PI (WWPI) offerings.
  • Actively identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to align clients' financial goals with appropriate products and services.
  • Articulate the features and advantages of our financial solutions to prospective clients, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to effectively position our products.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including business unit directors and marketing, to relay client feedback and enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain precise and current records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management within our CRM system.
  • Research and implement strategies to establish partnerships with agents and potential collaborators.
  • Track sales performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Regularly attend industry conferences and events to connect with potential clients and stay abreast of market developments.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving targets and KPIs is crucial, as performance will be assessed based on set objectives and targets.
  • Possess 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, with experience in regulated environments being highly advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements for client onboarding.
  • Exhibit a proactive and professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have an established network of industry professionals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with high business acumen.
