Job Description

The company is on the lookout for a highly skilled and driven Technical Pre-Sales professional to join their team. As the technical advocate for Europe, this role is pivotal in representing and promoting the company's products and services. The successful candidate will offer technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, assist in crafting sales strategies, and manage customer interactions during and after implementation. A strong technical foundation paired with outstanding communication and presentation skills is essential. The role reports directly to the COO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Partner with sales teams to craft effective sales strategies and proposals.
  • Offer expert technical guidance and support throughout the entire sales process.
  • Assess client needs to provide tailored solutions that address their requirements.
  • Oversee post-sales activities, including solution implementation and ensuring client satisfaction for a designated customer segment.
  • Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and manage responses.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and sales collateral.
  • Seek out and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide advanced support to customers during European business hours, representing approximately 15% of the role's responsibilities in the short term.
