Conversion Specialist

Job Description

The company is seeking a Client Relationship Conversion Specialist who excels in transforming client interactions into long-term partnerships. This role requires a keen ability to understand client needs, effectively communicate value propositions, and implement strategies that drive engagement and retention. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in enhancing client satisfaction, a deep understanding of sales and relationship management, and the skills to convert prospects into loyal clients. 

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Actively engage with unconverted leads and clients through phone, email, and messaging apps, while persistently seeking new retail business opportunities. 
  • Convert unengaged retail clients from various sources into active, funded, and trading accounts. 
  • Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the live account setup process, including KYC document verification and deposit procedures. 
  • Manage the account opening process efficiently, from initial demo stages and queries to the client's first funding and trade placements. 
  • Educate prospective leads and clients about company’s product offerings, platform features, educational resources, and promotions. 
  • Conduct individual and small group sessions to demonstrate platform features and provide trading education. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localise and promote campaigns effectively. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Possess a degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. 
  • Demonstrate prior experience in customer support or sales within the forex or cryptocurrency trading sector, or be a recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements in finance. 
  • Exhibit exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English. 
  • Proficiency in a European language, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, is highly advantageous. 
  • Display robust problem-solving abilities with a high level of independence. 
  • Show expertise in project management, multitasking, and decision-making. 
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly as a team player. 
  • Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
