The company is seeking a dynamic CR Financial Sales and Technical Analyst. This role demands expertise in financial sales and technical analysis, combining a deep understanding of financial products with strong technical skills to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial analysis and sales, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to optimizing processes and delivering exceptional results.   

Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Foster and nurture relationships with both prospective and current clients through engaging communication and tailored service. 
• Present and demonstrate our trading platforms, products, and services to potential clients in a compelling manner. 
• Seek out and capitalise on new business prospects through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing activities. 
• Formulate and execute sales strategies designed to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives. 
• Deliver ongoing client support by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing solutions to improve their trading experience. 
• Keep abreast of financial market developments and news to effectively relay market opportunities to clients. 
• Perform both technical and fundamental analysis of various financial markets, including equities, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. 
• Design and propose trading strategies based on technical indicators, chart patterns, and prevailing market trends. 
• Prepare and present comprehensive market reports, analyses, and trading recommendations to clients and management. 
• Leverage trading platforms and analytical tools, including charting software, technical indicators, and trading algorithms. 
• Develop and deliver educational content on trading techniques, market analysis, and investment strategies for clients and prospects. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. Relevant certifications, such as the Chartered Market Technician (CMT), are advantageous. 
• Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial sales, trading, or technical analysis roles. 
• A comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and investment strategies is essential. 
• Expertise in technical analysis tools and trading platforms, including MetaTrader and TradingView, is necessary. 
• A proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets is required. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for making complex concepts clear and understandable, are important. 
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and provide well-informed recommendations are essential.
