The Company is is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Communication Specialist who excels in fostering strong client connections and ensuring exceptional communication. This role requires a proactive professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, a knack for resolving client issues, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining high standards of service excellence. 

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Manage a range of sales activities, including converting leads, retaining existing clients, and providing sales support. 
  • Handle various customer support functions, such as managing accounts, deposits and withdrawals, trading inquiries, and general market updates. 
  • Perform thorough audit checks and manage client administration tasks. 
  • Oversee the client inbound inquiry mailbox, resolving client issues independently through calls, emails, and messaging apps. 
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of internal systems and trading platforms to address queries related to promotions, educational resources, trading products, and platforms by conducting training sessions, creating manuals, and setting up a training centre portal. 
  • Provide product support by coordinating with other departments, such as Operations and Customer Support, through various messaging and ticketing systems. 
  • Assist the trade investigation and compliance teams in resolving client disputes and complaints promptly.  

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • A recognised degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. 
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales within the forex industry. 
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, multitasking, and decision-making. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven record of effective teamwork. 
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
