Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Develop, maintain, and manage compliance risk assessments and policies. 
  • Monitor and address deficiencies in risk assessments and policies to ensure regulatory compliance. 
  • Assist in fostering a strong compliance culture within the organisation. 
  • Establish and oversee risk-based monitoring processes, conducting monthly reviews. 
  • Create and implement action plans to address any monitoring issues or deficiencies. 
  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding in accordance with legal requirements. 
  • Review and approve legal documents, agreements, and financial promotions. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support. 
  • Ensure all staff are trained on compliance obligations and keep accurate training records. 
  • Provide regular compliance updates to the board and respond promptly to regulatory or law enforcement inquiries. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations and experience managing institutional clients globally. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management capabilities. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  •  Flexibility to travel internationally to other branch locations as needed. 
  • Proficiency in an additional European language such as Italian, Spanish, German, or Portuguese. 
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 
  • Strategic approach to problem-solving and proactive in addressing challenges. 
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. 
  • Eager to share insights and contribute innovative suggestions.
