Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across different functions with global users and technology teams to guarantee timely and high-quality product releases or enhancements.
• Effectively gather and understand business requirements
• Create detailed functional specifications and requirement documents
• Track project development and coordinate closely with the development team to ensure it remains on schedule.
• Continuously assess market trends and ensure adherence to new regulations, adjusting the product roadmap priorities as needed.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, adhering to established deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business/Product Analyst, ideally within a financial institution.
• Experience in FX trading is a plus.
• Knowledge of end-to-end office workflows, including account opening, KYC, risk management, and settlement.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
