Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities, ensuring precision and alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Create and manage financial models to aid business decisions and strategic planning. 
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and insights for financial analysis. 
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of ERP and management reporting software. 
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, offering actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Professional accountancy qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. 
  • Over 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles. 
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector or within global organisations is highly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and management reporting tools. 
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel. 
  • Excellent command of the English language. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team. 
  • Eligible candidates include EU/EFTA citizens, individuals with a Cyprus work permit, or foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
