Head of PR and Branding

Job Description

The company is transforming global trading with innovative platforms and top-tier support. They are hiring a Head of PR and Branding to lead global brand strategy and storytelling. This role involves working with executives to create and execute impactful branding initiatives, driving the company's presence across key markets. 

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Design and execute a comprehensive PR and branding plan that aligns with the company's objectives and strengthens market positioning. 
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of PR and branding professionals, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and responsibility. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key media, influencers, and strategic partners to elevate the company’s visibility and reputation. 
  • Ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand identity across all channels and platforms. 
  • Manage the implementation of sponsorships and collaborations to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting branding strategies to stay competitive and relevant. 
  • Oversee and control the PR and branding budget, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated for maximum return. 
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring all communications, both internal and external, accurately reflect the company’s mission and values. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. 
  • Proven success in PR and branding, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, ideally within fintech or financial services. 
  • Extensive network of media and industry contacts. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas in a compelling manner. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving both strategy and execution while inspiring teams. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the global fintech industry, including regulatory frameworks and market trends. 
  • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to excel in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. 
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
