Job Description

A leading global fintech firm, renowned for its cutting-edge trading platforms, offers a wide array of financial products, including CFDs, share trading, and futures options in the U.S. With regulatory approval in multiple regions, the company provides access to over markets, covering equities, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. They are currently seeking a Sales Associate to drive client acquisition. The role focuses on building strong relationships with new clients and identifying their trading platform requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in sales or brokerage. 

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Build and expand a client portfolio that aligns with the company’s brand and values. 
  • Invest significant time in cold calling and engaging with prospective clients to generate new business. 
  • Foster and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their platform preferences, risk tools, and overall needs. 
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry news, and developments to proactively identify opportunities for clients. 
  • Educate clients on futures trading products, effective risk management, and strategic trading techniques. 
  • Consistently aim to meet and surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Demonstrated experience in futures trading, brokerage, or related financial services roles. 
  • A proven track record of success in cold calling and professional networking. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, including expertise in futures products, trading strategies, and risk management practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and market trends. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of strong client relationships and trust. 
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. 
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings to align with global market hours. 
  • Experience in sales or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
