Junior Trading Solutions Analyst

Job Description

The company is a leading global investment platform, known for its top-tier liquidity and strong relationships with banks and traders. It has won multiple awards as the “Best Liquidity Provider.” They are looking to expand their Client Services team with a Junior Trading Solutions Analyst. This role involves both technical and business responsibilities, including managing data centers, setting up solutions for clients, and handling client queries. Full product training will be provided, offering a comprehensive introduction to global financial trading.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate, oversee, and support live trading platforms within a 24/5 shift-based team.
  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune B2B banking and client connections.
  • Implement and configure tailored technical solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate business development.
  • Manage client account setups across various systems, ensuring alignment with specific client requirements.
  • Oversee risk management, including monitoring trades outside standard Operations department hours.
