 Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Respond to client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional assistance. 
  • Introduce and explain a wide range of financial products and services to clients. 
  • Deliver high-level financial customer support, addressing complex issues with expertise. 
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. 
  • Actively contribute to team objectives, working together to meet and exceed set goals. 
  • Seek guidance from relevant specialist teams when necessary to provide accurate and efficient resolutions. 
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team success. 
  • Provide troubleshooting and offer solutions to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. 
  • Handle client queries with professionalism, maintaining exceptional service standards. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and share constructive feedback with the team. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • A business-related degree with relevant experience. 
  • Prior experience in customer service or support within the financial industry is preferred. 
  • Strong customer service or support background is essential. 
  • Must be based in the Malaysia office. 
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Japanese. 
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including rotations (08:00 – 17:00 / 12:00 – 21:00 / 15:00 – 00:00). 
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential. 
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing situations. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • High level of computer literacy.
