Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Report directly to top management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives. 
• Monitor system performance in real-time, making necessary optimizations to system parameters. 
• Review and resolve client inquiries related to trading activities and platform performance, reevaluating accounts as requested. 
• Conduct trade surveillance and monitor exposure from trading activity, preparing and submitting relevant reports when required. 
• Configure new system settings to support trading operations and risk management initiatives. 
• Collaborate with the Head of Risk and the risk team to enhance trade monitoring systems and processes. 
• Stay informed of market developments and produce regular market reports. 
• Undertake any additional tasks as directed by the Executive Managing Director. 
• Ensure all company and regulatory policies are fully documented, implemented, and effectively communicated. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required. 
• Basic or Advanced Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission certification. 
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus. 
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework governing financial markets and investment firms. 
• Proven understanding of financial and capital markets is a significant advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and a strong commitment to professional excellence.
