Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee and guide a team of developers specializing in C++/.Net, ensuring project milestones are met effectively. 
  • Lead the design, development, and upkeep of complex C++/.Net applications and systems. 
  • Architect and implement large-scale, intricate software solutions. 
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced developers, fostering their growth. 
  • Encourage best practices for writing clean, efficient, and reusable code within the team. 
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure optimal code quality and performance. 
  • Collaborate with various departments, clients, and stakeholders to gather and align on technical requirements. 
  • Drive continuous improvements by optimizing development workflows and enhancing overall software quality. 
  • Establish and maintain best practices for software development within the team. 
  • Regularly monitor, track, and update management on team performance and project progress. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. 
  • Over three years of proven experience in a similar role is essential. 
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in C++ and .Net programming languages. 
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture. 
  • Proficient in working with MySQL and SQL Server databases. 
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication abilities and a strong aptitude for collaboration within a team.
