Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Provide reliable IT support and ensure service continuity by mitigating the risk of dependency on a single IT support person.
• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training within the IT team to enhance department resilience and operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing IT workloads during peak periods or staff absences to ensure consistent service.
• Reduce IT response times to boost productivity and ensure swift resolution of technical issues.
• Develop specialized expertise in key IT areas such as network management, security, or user support to deliver targeted, high-quality service.
• Ensure seamless IT operations during unexpected absences or staff changes by maintaining consistent and dependable support.
• Support the scaling of IT services in line with company growth and evolving technology needs.
• Contribute to higher-quality IT services through proactive maintenance and dedicated problem-solving.

• Demonstrated expertise in IT systems and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in designing scalable and secure IT solutions.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to proactively solve complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in IT Support Engineering or a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, networks, and advanced troubleshooting methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
