Job Description: 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in the DeFi sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content marketing within the blockchain industry and a deep understanding of marketing strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. This role will require a balanced approach, with 50% hands-on execution and 50% strategic planning. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically for DeFi projects, ensuring alignment with client goals. 
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media campaigns. 
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement within the DeFi sector. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. 
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in the DeFi space. 
• Engage in hands-on implementation of marketing tactics, while also driving strategic initiatives to elevate brand visibility and client success. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently working for a DeFi company (NFT or other sectors will not be considered). 
• 1 to 2 years of marketing experience specifically in the DeFi sector. 
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing within the blockchain industry. 
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and blockchain best practices for both B2B and B2C customer segments. 
• Strong verbal communication skills and exceptional task management abilities; highly organized and detail-oriented. 
• Must be available to work during Eastern Timezone hours.
