Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To guarantee high levels of satisfaction, solid relationships must be established and maintained with clients and their teams. 
  • Quickly recognizing and bringing up any possible dangers or problems with services with the relationship management group. 
  •  Maintaining current working documents and client information to assist other Relationship Executives when they are away. 
  • Assisting the Credit Policy Signing Authorities with managing client ledgers, including assignments, funding restrictions, disapprovals, and concentrations. 
  • Supporting the Relationship Management Team by locating and drafting funding or payment offers in compliance with the credit policy rules. 
  • taking proactive steps to verify customers and handle credit under business policies and client management. 
  • Making certain that client documentation is promptly received, examined, and processed. 
  • Keeping thorough records of all administrative tasks on clients for future use or investigation. 
  • Helping with new client onboarding and providing support to the management team. 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 2 Years of experience in Invoice Finance/ Commercial Finance/Lending Industry 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to prioritize a demanding workload
