Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Create and implement a growth-focused social media strategy for platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn. 
• Publish engaging daily content and actively manage interactions across these platforms, including occasional email updates. 
• Establish partnerships with relevant crypto projects for joint social media campaigns and announcements. 
• Identify and pursue opportunities to boost Midas’s visibility through podcasts, events, and conferences. 
• Organize Midas-hosted side events during major crypto conferences to enhance brand presence. 
• Oversee community moderators and manage discussions to maintain an active and positive community. 
• Manage press relations for upcoming announcements, working with PR agencies as needed. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

• Demonstrated success in expanding social media accounts, ideally within the crypto or Web3 industry. 
• In-depth knowledge of crypto narratives, including RWAs, BTCfi, and stablecoins. 
• Strong passion for crypto with an active engagement in the community, particularly on Twitter. 
• Exceptional written communication skills. 
• Proven experience in building communities and enhancing engagement. 
• Self-motivated with a creative mindset and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
