Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Source, onboard, and oversee affiliate partners, including signal providers, signal affiliates, copy trading affiliates, money managers, and MT4 affiliates specifically within the Forex/FX sector. 
• Utilise your established network of Forex/FX affiliates to generate traffic and conversions from day one, ensuring rapid results and growth. 
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with affiliates, offering essential support to enhance their performance. 
• Explore new affiliate opportunities in key markets, particularly Europe and LATAM, while broadening our network within the Forex/FX industry. 
• Consistently monitor, assess, and refine affiliate campaigns to optimise return on investment (ROI). 
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in managing the affiliate programme with minimal supervision. 
• Utilise platforms such as WhatsApp to facilitate effective communication with affiliates and partners. 
• Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in Forex/FX affiliate marketing, as well as developments in the broader FinTech, Crypto, and Trading sectors. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, with a proven track record of successfully driving traffic and delivering results in the Forex/FX industry. Knowledge of signal providers, copy trading, money managers, and MT4 is beneficial. 
• A robust network of existing Forex/FX affiliates, facilitating immediate traffic generation and conversions. 
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks in a remote working environment. 
• Experience in the LATAM and/or European markets is highly preferred. 
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, along with expertise in using affiliate management tools and data analytics. 
• In-depth knowledge of Forex/FX brokers is essential; however, expertise in mobile campaigns or mobile traffic is not necessary.
