Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a design team of 5-7, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Encourage team development and innovation while managing task assignments, deadlines, and quality design delivery.
  • Engage in hands-on design work, ensuring creative direction and high-quality execution across digital assets, branding, social media, and acquisition visuals.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and senior leaders to shape and execute the company's visual identity and branding strategy.
  • Partner with content, social media, and communications teams to maintain cohesive visuals across platforms.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions to align design efforts with the company's marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee the company's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all client touchpoints and corporate materials.
  • Stay current with design trends to evolve and strengthen the brand’s visual impact.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in design, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise across digital, branding, social media, and corporate design projects.
  • Proven ability to lead a design team and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience in industries like finance, fintech, tech, or gaming is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, branding principles, and typography.
  • Strategic approach, balancing creativity with business objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, motivating the team and effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, presenting design concepts clearly to varied audiences.
