Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute our overarching PPC and acquisition strategy. Define long-term goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. 
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented PPC team, including team leads and specialists. Foster growth through regular meetings, coaching, and tailored training programs to enhance team performance. 
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance to optimize spend and outcomes. 
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Leverage automation tools and cutting-edge techniques to continually enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, SEO, SMM, Email, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall company goals and to maximize results. 
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking competitor strategies, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the PPC landscape. 
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations, platform guidelines, and internal quality standards. 
  • Innovation & Crisis Management: Lead the charge in testing new tools and technologies to optimize processes. Develop contingency plans to navigate high-pressure situations and unexpected challenges. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, growth marketing, or user acquisition. 
  • FinTech Expertise: 2+ years of experience in the FinTech sector. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and mentoring a high-performing team. Strong goal setting and performance-tracking capabilities. 
  • Budget Management: Experience overseeing large advertising budgets and managing complex, multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and tools for campaign optimization. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, with a talent for leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative success. 
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong crisis management skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions during high-pressure situations.
