About the company:

The Company is a global investment firm specialising in trading equities, commodities, FX, and fixed income. They focus on market-neutral strategies to maximise returns while minimising market turbulence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role will involve developing and executing trading strategies for the Iron, Steel, and Coal products sectors, with a focus on commodity arbitrage.
• You are required to manage arbitrage trading for iron ore, coal, and steel futures, including offshore and onshore products, with a specific focus on China vs global futures arbitrage.
• You'll be responsible for organising and consolidating business segment holdings, monitoring brokerage funds and monthly positions, and promptly reporting updates to the trading supervisor.
• Administering tasks such as collecting, analysing, and reporting industry data and trends within the sector.
• Your role also involves identifying valuable investment opportunities through thorough market analysis.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the futures or securities finance industry, with expertise in futures or commodity arbitrage and a proven PnL track record.
• Must have strong market insights paired with exceptional organisational, planning, and analytical skills. Effective communication and execution abilities are essential.
• Should demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and strong execution capability, with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Must thrive in diverse environments and be able to handle work pressure effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field is required.
