Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global teams to support the development of new products.
• Oversee the full delivery cycle of product features, ensuring successful roll-out to both customers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of the social trading platform, driving its success and ongoing development.
• Analyse product performance data to inform and suggest data-driven initiatives for product and user experience improvement.
• Regularly engage with users to gather feedback and integrate insights into product enhancement strategies.
• Review market research and sales data to ensure product viability and competitiveness.
• Study user behavior and emerging trends, adapting the product strategy to meet evolving needs.
• Supervise the development process, ensuring adherence to schedules and project timelines.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a product development role.
• Required experience in the CFDs industry.
• Previous experience with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and planning capabilities.
