Expectations & Requirements: 

• Should possess proven experience in a senior leadership role (such as COO, Head of Operations, or Head of Project Management) with a track record of managing large teams. 
• Quite an acquaintance with the digital or internet sector, preferably within startups or high-growth environments. 
• Must be skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational management. 
• Ensure that you deliver exceptional leadership and have the ability to motivate high-performing teams. 
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines through exceptional analytical skills. 
• You are also expected to have strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders. 
• Willingness to relocate to Bucharest is essential. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
