The Company is a well-established FCA-regulated Liquidity & Technology Solutions provider offering innovative solutions to its clients. They are seeking an Operations Senior Executive to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, technically focused, and dedicated to ensuring smooth operational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves managing trading platforms, guiding clients from technical onboarding to live trading, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• You are required to oversee system configurations, perform trade reconciliations, and monitor daily trading activities to identify and resolve potential issues.
• You'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting various trading platforms while executing production changes and resolving trading-related queries in a timely manner.
• Administering customer engagement initiatives, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues, and improving client experience by providing insights and feedback to enhance operational processes.
• Your role also involves mentoring and training team members, setting operational standards, conducting quality assurance, and providing coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
• Assisting in reviewing and updating operational procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining adherence to industry governance standards.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience in managing trading platforms, including MT4/5, PrimeXM, OneZero, and other proprietary trading systems.
• Experience in conducting end-to-end trade investigations and FIX Protocol.
• Quite an acquaintance with financial markets, trading operations, and risk management.
• Must be skilled in problem-solving, time management, and client communication to provide effective support across various teams.
• Ensure that you deliver quality service by proactively monitoring operations and swiftly resolving any technical or client-related issues.
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulatory protocols.
• You are also expected to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
