Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as the company's representative in the industry, handling client communications, negotiating with technology partners, and resolving trading-related issues.
Closely working with the team, including senior management.
Assist clients during their onboarding and setup process and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey with the company.
Set up a customized trading space for new clients
Manage, maintain and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse hubs and our Proprietary Trading Platform);
Actively listen to clients and find the best solutions to enhance their trading experience.
Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
Keep track of daily trading, client activity, and platform logs to spot and fix issues early.
Handle trade reconciliations and settlement reports.
Maintain and improve Operational documentation processes & procedures.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and positively. Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eager to suggest and implement improvements to internal processes.
Enthusiastic about understanding and solving client queries.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside business hours when required by market/trading conditions.
