  • You'll be responsible for leveraging internal data and AI tools to generate impactful and scalable content.
  • Administering keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Your role also involves managing website maintenance and ensuring seamless performance and regular content updates.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for increasing organic reach.
  • Implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, including link building and infrastructure improvements.
  • Partnering with the digital marketing team to develop SEO-driven content, including web pages and blog posts.
  • Monitoring and assessing website performance using SEO tools and analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Staying updated with evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance strategies.
  • Collaborating with web developers to ensure adherence to SEO guidelines, focusing on site speed and mobile optimization.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Tracking and analyzing the ROI of SEO efforts, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Quite an acquaintance of SEO strategies, search engine algorithms, and content optimization best practices.
  • Must be skilled in SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
  • Ensure that you deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while managing multiple initiatives.
  • You are also expected to have experience in the financial sector, particularly in global markets.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and bilingual content production is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
