Job Description

This profession combines accounting and data management, focusing on process optimization and automation. The ideal applicant will have good accounting skills and technological competence in data analytics and automation. This job reports to the CFO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Prepares normal accounting entries with NetSuite.
• Manage accounts payable by tracking and documenting invoices from vendors and executing timely payments.
• Manage accounts receivable by invoicing clients and tracking funds received.
• SOX: Monthly chores and procedures ensure compliance with SOX regulations and correct documentation.
• Active communication allows you to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.

Data Management and Analytical Responsibilities:

• Handles, adjusts, and creates inquiries (including Power Query, Powershell, Python, and VBA).
• Helps discover and automate manual procedures and be precise and efficient.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, finance, or technology-related roles.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
• Accounting software proficiency (NetSuite experience desirable but not essential).
• Excellent with Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA, etc.).
• Some experience with the use of Power Queries, VBA, Powershell, Python, SQL, or a comparable scripting language.
• Excellent time management and organizing abilities.
• Responsibilities include prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting, being detail-oriented, and having strong communication skills to share knowledge and cooperate successfully.
• Capable of properly and effectively analyzing and processing enormous amounts of data.
