They are seeking an IT System Administrator to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently according to company protocols. Reporting to the Group IT Manager, the role will be located in Bulgaria. 

 Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Manage virtual host server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, optimization, and regular patching of host OS and server hardware. 
  • Oversee corporate WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, covering deployment, initial setup, and optimization of LAN and Wi-Fi equipment. 
  • Administer company's virtual servers and network backup systems, maintaining server backup infrastructure, continuous monitoring, and periodic backup testing. 
  • Handle IP PBX telephony systems. 
  • Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure. 
  • Participate in Global IT and security projects. 
  • Manage and update company's hardware and software inventory. 
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving ongoing IT issues. 
  • Assess new technologies to enhance system service and network performance. 
  • Adhere to relevant IT and security processes, policies, guidelines, standards, and blueprints. 
  • Generate regular reports such as change requests and incident reports. 
  • Undertake additional tasks delegated by management. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • More than 2 years of relevant experience required. 
  • Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, is essential. 
  • Hands-on experience with installing, administrating, or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and its common roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server). 
  • Familiarity with VMware virtualization technology. 
  • Knowledge of Office365/Azure cloud and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM). 
  • Understanding of VLANs, Subnetting, Routing and Switching, with a solid grasp of the OSI model. 
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is advantageous. 
  • Experience with ZenDesk, LiveChat, and Voiso cloud PBX is considered a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems is an advantage. 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills required. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both within a team and with other stakeholders.
