Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Originate and transform funding applications by leveraging a network of connectors and a panel of established funders. 
  • Convert leads provided by the team into viable funding opportunities. 
  • Develop a personal network to generate new origination opportunities for commercial Lending. 
  • Cultivate relationships with current key funding partners and potential financiers. 
  • Effectively communicate with business owners, introducers, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. 
  • Network proactively to identify and engage new introducers to expand business connections. 
  • Accurately input data and ensure the comprehensive updating of all information in the CRM system. 
  • Report progress on leads to originators, providing timely and detailed updates. 
  • Interpret financial and other pertinent data to appropriately structure and present funding deals. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lenders and their specific criteria on a regular basis.

  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at coordinating tasks and monitoring performance against objectives and deadlines. 
  • Strong communication abilities, both in face-to-face interactions and over the telephone. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 

Desirable: 

  • 2 years experience within the Financial Services Sector. 
  • Experience in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Efficiently coordinates work and monitors personal performance against set objectives and deadlines. 
  • Clearly articulates messages, actively listens to others, and engages people effectively. 
  • Anticipates obstacles and risks, taking appropriate actions. Prioritizes tasks and adeptly manages multiple priorities. 
  • Offers guidance and asks questions to steer individuals in the right direction.
