Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Pioneering the introduction of fresh business capabilities in the aggregator sector, followed by the daily supervision of this channel alongside cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders to secure support for your initiatives and driving transformation. 
  • Taking charge of the acquisition strategy for the aggregator distribution channel and providing regular performance updates during weekly sales meetings. 
  • Crafting and refining the value proposition, distribution tactics, and testing framework to meet ambitious growth objectives. 
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, actively searching for novel opportunities to expand the credit card's presence in the aggregator sector, encompassing fresh acquisition marketing prospects and data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making. 
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of aggregator partnerships, encompassing sales reporting, budgeting, invoicing, compliance obligations, and change management. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • Proficient in the aggregators and affiliates sector of the consumer finance industry, with a track record of driving the acquisition of new customers. 
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaborating effectively within the company and with external partners and agencies to achieve ambitious growth targets. 
  • Previous experience in managing substantial acquisition budgets. 
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, capable of effectively communicating across various departments at all organizational levels, both internally and with our partners. 
  • Enthusiastic about learning and personal development, taking responsibility for delivering results as outlined in our plan. 
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and adaptable to changing business priorities. 
  • Able to work efficiently on multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. 
  • Possesses a commercial mindset, capable of making a compelling case for increased investment or prioritization of projects when additional opportunities are identified. 
  • Strong dedication to the mission of becoming the preferred digital lender in the UK, eager to collaborate with the team in crafting the company's narrative both internally and externally. 
  • Proficient in creating business cases, drawing from a wide range of data sources, and confident in defining underlying assumptions.
