Job Description

The company is developing several major new initiatives, including a suite of products that will transform how users experience and interact with web3. They seek a Product Design Lead with a strong background in creating exceptional user experiences and a passion for web3. This role involves joining at an early stage to build something truly innovative within a "startup within a startup" and bringing it to market. It will significantly impact both the company and the evolving web3 landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Led many intriguing projects and collaborated with the team throughout the product development process, including early needs research, road-mapping, design, and delivery.
• Mentor and coach product designers to optimize team potential.
• Assist in designing end-to-end flows that simplify and enhance user experiences, reducing technological complications.
• Foster a healthy design process for the team, including building and maintaining a strong design system, and contributing to product strategy.
• Represent design in cross-functional meetings, advocating for users and promoting human-centric design thinking.
• Use user interviews, usability testing, and other rese arch to generate data-driven design decisions.

Expectations & Requirements:

• 8+ years of product design experience, including B2C/B2B.
• 2+ years of leading, mentoring, and coaching product designers
• Experience delivering 0-1 product from concept to launch.
• Designing native mobile products.
• Demonstrated experience in web3/crypto.
