Account Manager – Arabic Speaker

Roles & Responsibilities:   

  • Assist clients in opening new accounts and expanding the client base. 
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems to effectively educate clients. 
  • Understand client needs thoroughly before promoting the company's services. 
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operating systems. 
  • Consistently meet targets set by the Head of Account Managers. 
  • Follow up on leads to engage prospective clients. 
  • Fully adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. 
  • Maximise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Provide clients with clear guidance on using the company's trading system. 
  • Accurately input detailed data into all internal systems. 
  • Develop a robust understanding of daily trading market conditions. 
  • Actively pursue self-improvement in sales techniques and industry knowledge. 
  • Apply business development strategies to enhance the client portfolio. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Account Managers. 
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic workplace atmosphere. 

Expectations & Requirements:   

  • A relevant University/College degree or professional qualification. 
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or related role. 
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. 
  • Full training provided.

  • Open to EU/EFTA citizens, holders of a Cyprus work permit, or foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
