Job Description

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling and promoting liquidity and technology solutions to financial institutions, including FX/CFD Retail Brokers, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and other market participants. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target institutional clients across global markets.
  • Promote liquidity and technology solutions to Retail Brokers, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and other Financial Institutions.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate client needs and market demands.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling/promoting liquidity and technology solutions to financial institutions (Retail Brokers, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, etc.).
  • Experience working in the FX/CFD industry is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets, electronic trading, and liquidity aggregation.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and pipelines.
