Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves developing a long-term financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans
• You are required to lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets while ensuring data-driven business planning
• You'll be responsible to track financial performance using key metrics and drive accountability across teams
• Administering coordination between departments to align operational and financial goals effectively
• Your role also involves managing financial operations, supporting leadership with strategic execution, and handling external financial matters including banking and audits

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience of 10+ years in a senior finance position, preferably in scaling-stage organizations
• Quite an acquaintance of SaaS business operations is necessary; familiarity with fintech is considered advantageous
• Must be skilled in strategic financial planning, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical reporting
• Ensure that you deliver practical financial insights that support company-wide decision-making
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines is essential
• You are also expected to be a self-starter with leadership abilities and strong attention to detail
