  • Develop and maintain financial and/or graphical models, as well as performance projections for portfolios.
  • Monitor economic indicators, political developments, and market events that may influence asset prices.
  • Communicate insights and analyses effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce educational and market content such as e-books, articles, guides, mini-courses, and reports to enhance financial literacy and reinforce the team’s expertise.
  • Contribute to the structuring and evolution of the Research area, supporting process improvements and governance standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Active CNPI-P or CNPI-T (APIMEC) certification and registration with the CVM as a Securities Analyst.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in asset analysis, investment recommendations, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international financial products.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, TradingView, etc.).
  • Advanced MS Office skills.

Desirable Qualities

  • Confidence in presenting or recording market commentary (video or live).
