Role Overview

As an IT Support & System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and reliability. You will manage both hardware and software infrastructure, provide technical support to staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network equipment.
  • Configure, deploy, and update hardware/software for new and existing staff.
  • Administer domain services (Active Directory, Group Policies, user access).
  • Manage email systems (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
  • Support CRM and other internal business applications.
  • Provide end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity through monitoring and regular updates.
  • Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and operational reports.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth IT operations and resolve technical issues.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows domain services, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting CRM or business applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Desirable:

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
