They are looking for a Business Development Officer. The position would be ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, partnerships, or business development within the FX, finance, or related industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns via direct communication, social media, email, and industry events to attract and engage potential partners.
  • You are required to manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and successful conversion of leads into signed partnerships.
  • You'll be responsible to expand the company’s network of partners or master partners within designated markets or regions.
  • Administering relationships with key clients, introducing institutional opportunities, and maintaining business growth through client retention and engagement.
  • Your role also involves presenting the company’s value proposition, negotiating terms, and finalizing partnership agreements.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners, including contract management, compliance verification, and integration into the company’s partner program.
  • Collaborating with the Partnerships Department to ensure seamless handover and effective communication with newly acquired partners.
  • Monitoring industry developments and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics, including partner acquisition, client deposit volumes, and performance indicators.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the FX, iGaming, finance, or banking sectors.
  • Quite an acquaintance of financial services partnership models and global business development strategies.
  • Must be skilled in negotiating and closing partnership deals in fast-paced environments.
  • Ensure that you deliver efficient communication, reporting, and relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while managing multiple accounts and initiatives.
  • You are also expected to hold a university degree and possess strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent command of English and Russia , along with fluency in at least one of the following: Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek, or Hebrew.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at expos and business events.
