About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, product strategy, and user experience, with hands-on experience managing web and mobile platforms. 

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Technology, Design, Data, and Business—to define the product roadmap, write detailed PRDs, and ensure timely delivery of impactful features that enhance user engagement and business growth. 

Key Pillars of Product Management 

1. Product Leadership 

  • Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and key stakeholders to define user problems and deliver measurable solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap in coordination with stakeholders. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization. 

2. Data-Led Decision Making 

  • Use data insights to identify pain points in the user journey and drive feature development. 
  • Define roadmaps based on measurable outcomes and business impact. 
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards or competitors to guide decision-making. 

3. Strategic Collaboration 

  • Work cross-functionally with teams across Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology. 
  • Prioritize features balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business value. 
  • Create detailed user flows and wireframes to clearly communicate requirements. 

4. Thought Leadership 

  • Develop scalable, future-focused product solutions that anticipate user and business needs. 
  • Stay updated on trends in product management, technology, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable product initiatives. Shape 

What You’ll Bring 

Essential Skills & Experience 

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management. 
  • Proven experience working with agile/Scrum-based development teams. 
  • Hands-on experience managing B2C digital products (web and/or mobile). 
  • Background in fintech, payments, trading, or financial services. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar). 
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize). 
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Aha!, Lucidchart, Visio, or Trello. 
  • Experience building 0→1 products or scaling established products. 
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

  • Degree in a STEM field. 
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Axure, or Miro. 
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue, React) or React Native for mobile. 
  • Familiarity with performance metrics such as NPS, conversion, and churn.
