About the Company:

The company is a digital trading and liquidity provider offering pricing, risk management, and market-making services across FX, indices, commodities, equities, and crypto-CFD products. Operating across global markets, it supports trading activity throughout key international sessions, including European trading hours.

Role Overview:

The company is looking for a motivated Dealer (Mid-Level / Junior) to join its trading desk covering EU trading hours. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual at the early stages of their trading career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop a long-term career in financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily dealing operations, monitoring market exposure, analyzing trading data, and assisting with risk management and related operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor market conditions and trading flows across multiple asset classes.
• Support pricing, execution, and risk management activities during EU trading hours.
• Track and manage exposure across FX, indices, commodities, equities, and crypto products.
• Perform trade analysis and generate reports using Excel.
• Assist with trade reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal reporting on P&L, risk metrics, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with senior dealers and trading operations to optimize trading strategies and processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools) this is mandatory.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• Ability to work consistently during European trading hours.

Advantageous (Not Required):

• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL.
• Understanding of FX, CFD, or derivatives markets.
• Previous exposure to trading environments or financial services.
