Job Description

Reporting to : Head of compliance

Responsibilities

  • Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s measures, policies, and procedures, and reviewing actions taken to address identified deficiencies
  • Conducting reviews of departments, key business processes, and activities to ensure adherence to and effective implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory obligations
  • Advising and supporting employees in complying with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assisting in assessing and implementing necessary actions
  • Ensuring that regulatory reporting obligations are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic and other reports for submission to regulatory authorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Good understanding CYSEC regulatory requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • CySEC Advanced and AML certifications will be considered an advantage
