Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in fintech, liquidity solutions, or crypto payments? We’re partnering with a leading crypto payment processing & blockchain infrastructure provider looking to expand their UK team.

If you have strong fintech knowledge and enjoy building long-term client relationships - this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining institutional-level client relationships
  • Handling daily client requests, technical queries, and escalations
  • Acting as a key bridge between clients and internal product/technical teams
  • Contributing to long-term account development and retention strategies

Must-Have Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing B2B clients
  • Strong industry background in fintech / crypto / liquidity solutions
  • Solid understanding of liquidity products or digital asset infrastructure

Languages Required

  • English – B2+ minimum (strong communication is essential)
  • Russian – B2+ minimum
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage 

Important Requirements

  • Comfortable working in GMT+4 hours.
  • Ability to manage institutional clients and build personal, long-term relationships
