Job Description

We have partnered with a growing product-led technology company operating in the equity and financial infrastructure space. They are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and own DevOps from scratch within a product-driven financial technology company. Reports to the Tech Lead.

This is the first DevOps hire. You’ll have full responsibility for infrastructure, security, and operational standards across a 50/50 Azure and GCP environment.

What you’ll own

• Multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Production Kubernetes platforms
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Security, compliance, and observability
• DevOps standards and best practices

What matters

• Building from ground up experience
• Either Azure or GCP hands-on
• Terraform & Kubernetes (must-have)
• Strong engineering mindset and autonomy
• Security-first thinking

Interview process:

• 30-min screening
• 1-hour technical deep dive (no live coding)
• Final interview
