Fintop Consulting is a global recruitment partner specialising in financial services and fintech talent. We are currently hiring on behalf of a leading international brokerage firm offering multi-asset trading solutions across global markets.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead business expansion in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and acquiring new clients and partners
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Indonesia
• Establish and manage relationships with key partners, IBs, and institutional clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine strategies
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and onboarding for high-value clients
• Ensure alignment with regional/global business objectives

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the CFD / Forex / Trading industry
• Proven experience in a leadership role (Team Lead / Manager level or above)
• Strong B2B network within the Indonesian market
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
• Solid understanding of broker operations and trading products (CFDs, FX, etc.)
